Cool Canadian high pressure dominated the weather scene on Friday night, April 22nd in the eastern half of the nation and the “Home Run Forecast Index” was low (1, 2 or 3) in the vast majority of the games. The only game with double-digit total runs on Friday night took place in Arizona and it was an extra-inning affair.
